On this page you will find details of dogs in rescues in Scotland and the North of England. We seek spaces for dogs that have completed their 7 days in the pound, and utilising volunteer drivers we move them to these rehoming centres. Once there the dogs are assessed, vaccinated, neutered or spayed, microchipped and wormed. Once fully assessed they are ready for rehoming.

This is ALMA AKA SQUEAK, Cross Breed, female, approximately 4 years old. She is brindle and white and she is small to medium in size. Squeak was rehomed by RDR originally but has returned through no fault of her own. She is a lovely, friendly girl who is good with older children, she has a good level of training and she seems Ok with dogs and cats.

This is BRIAN, a Labrador, male, approximately 12 months old. He is black and he is medium in size. Brian is nervous of his current situation.

This is CHANCE, a Cross Breed, male, approximately 1 year old. He is tri-coloured with a smooth coat and he is small to medium in size. Chance is an affectionate boy who likes to play with his toys and balls. He is a good traveller and appears to be house trained. Chance is also good with other dogs.

This is MOLLY, a Terrier Type, female, approximately 4-6 years old. She is black, she has a rough coat and she is small in size. Molly is a quiet, friendly, loving, cuddly girl who seems Ok with other dogs.
This is GEORGE, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, male, approximately 12-18 months old. He is dark brindle with white on his chest and he is medium in size. George is very friendly, although a bit timid at present, and he seems Ok with other dogs.
This is TOMMY, a Cross Breed, male, approximately 10-12 months old. He is black, he has a smooth coat and he is medium in size. Tommy is a very friendly, kissy and bouncy boy and he seems Ok with other dogs.

This is BLUEBELL, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, female, approximately 3 years old. She is brindle in colour with some white markings. Bluebell is a gorgeous big bouncy staffie girl who is very friendly with both people and other dogs!

This is GRETEL, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, female, approximately 3 years old. She is white in colour with black spots and she is smallish in size. Gretel is a very friendly, bouncy, waggy girl who is lovely and kissy! Just look at that pretty happy face!
